Free trial
सभी नए accounts Pro plan की पूरी सुविधाओं के साथ 14-day free trial से शुरू होते हैं। शुरू करने के लिए credit card की आवश्यकता नहीं है। trial के अंत में, आप जारी रखने के लिए एक plan चुनते हैं।
यदि आप कोई plan नहीं चुनते, तो आपका account paused हो जाता है — आपका data deletion से पहले 30 days तक रखा जाता है।
Billing cycle
Subscriptions का billing आपकी subscription की तारीख से monthly किया जाता है। Payments Stripe द्वारा processed होती हैं। ContentFlows कभी भी आपके credit card details store नहीं करता।
हर charge के बाद आपको email द्वारा billing receipt मिलेगी।
अपना plan upgrade करना
आप अपने dashboard के Account सेक्शन से या Pricing tab में upgrade links पर क्लिक करके कभी भी upgrade कर सकते हैं। Upgrades तुरंत प्रभावी होती हैं।
मध्य-चक्र में upgrade करते समय, Stripe वर्तमान plan पर आपके unused दिनों के लिए prorated credit लागू करता है।
Downgrading
Downgrade आपके current billing period के अंत में प्रभावी होता है। पहले से जनरेट और अनुमोदित कंटेंट पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ता। यदि आपकी content usage lower plan की limits से अधिक है, तो generation अगले billing cycle तक रुक जाएगी।
Cancellation
आप अपने Account सेक्शन से कभी भी अपनी subscription रद्द कर सकते हैं। Cancellation आपके current billing period के अंत में प्रभावी होती है — तब तक आपको पूर्ण access मिलता रहता है।
रद्द करने के बाद, आपका account 30-day grace period में प्रवेश करता है। आपका data retain रहता है और आप अपने brand configuration को खोए बिना फिर से subscribe कर सकते हैं। 30 days के बाद, आपका data स्थायी रूप से delete कर दिया जाता है।
रद्द करना है?
Dashboard → Account → Subscription → Cancel plan. या contact support करें और हम इसे manually संभाल लेंगे।
Refund policy
यदि आपने कोई content जनरेट नहीं किया है, तो हम paid subscription के पहले 7 days के भीतर पूर्ण refund देते हैं। 7 days के बाद, या content जनरेट हो जाने के बाद, subscriptions non-refundable हैं। प्रश्नों के लिए support से संपर्क करें।
