Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContentFlows (“Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ContentFlows provides an AI-powered content automation platform. The Service generates newsletters, blog posts, social media content, and documents based on your brand configuration, and publishes approved content to your connected social and email channels.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all content generated and published through your account.
  • You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep it up to date.
  • You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or spam content.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • A 14-day free trial is offered on all plans. No charge until the trial ends.
  • You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content produced for your account is owned by you. You grant ContentFlows a limited license to process your brand configuration and content for the purpose of operating the Service. ContentFlows retains all rights to its platform, software, and proprietary AI prompts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ContentFlows to:

  • Generate or distribute spam, phishing, or deceptive content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Impersonate other businesses or individuals.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

ContentFlows is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the admin dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
